The name "Compass West" comes from personal experience. Tyler followed his own direction West, to Colorado, to accomplish his personal and professional goals. After many years in the wine & spirits industry in NY, he had the incredible opportunity to be part of a start-up in Boulder, CO. A disruptive digitally-based company in the flexible packaging industry. The wide array of experience in the last 16 years covers Sales, Operations, Customer Service/Customer Success, Business Management, P&L Ownership, General Management, Revenue Strategy & Organizational Development. Industry experience covered, but not limited to CPG, Cannabis, Pet Treats & Foods, Wine & Spirits, CBD, Nutritional Supplements, Candy & Confection, Technology.
